My methods are unique to my approach and are what work best for me. I clear away all energy between each reading with Solfeggio frequency tuning forks. I use sound vibration to raise my consciousness and connect me with Spirit. I also set intentions for each reading and use sound vibration to connect my energy with your spirit and with my tarot or oracle cards, pendulum, or whatever divination tool I am using. Once I have set intentions, cleared energy, and raised the vibration, I am connected with your energy and this is where information flows. I am not in control of the method that spirit uses to bring information. Sometimes it is through an inner knowing (claircognizance), sometimes I see images (clairvoyance and remote viewing), sometimes I hear names or words (clairaudience).
