Everyone is entitled to one free chat consult (this is per person, not per account). Our system strictly protects against multiple accounts and abusing the free chat as many people often wish to trick the system and have several free introductory chats.

If you want to do a trial chat at Medium Chat for the first time and you are unsuccessful, please check the following:

When you have completed these three points, and you are not yet able to do your free introductory chat, please let us know by filling in the contact form.

How annoying that you are not satisfied. We do our utmost to provide a superior service.

Leave a review so that we can discuss this and describe why you are not satisfied. When you log in to Mediumchat, you can find your conversation reports in My account, directly below your profile information.
