Usually your credits are credited within two minutes of a purchase.
If this has not happened, three things may be wrong:
You may be logged into another account you’re using. You must be logged into the correct one that you wish the credits to apply to.
There is a problem with your balance that caused the transaction to fail, check that the payment has actually been debited.
Something went wrong with the payment that we have to find out for you with our payment provider. Please leave a message stating the 'Payment Description' of your transaction. This can be found on your payment statement and looks something like this: MC1847592. send us a message here with the payment description, we are happy to help you
Mediumchat credits are very simple:
You receive 3 SMS alert credits per credit purchase (up to a maximum of 3 alerts on your account). With an SMS alert you can receive a free SMS when your favorite reader comes online.
When you receive one SMS that your favourite Reader is online, then one SMS alert credit will be deducted from your account. If you have set up an SMS alert for a reader, and receive an SMS that they are online, however--you’re unable to get online, you need to create a second SMS alert to receive it again.
When creating your account on Mediumchat you automatically agree to receive our newsletters and discount promotions. You may have unsubscribed from this and would like to receive it (again).
In your account you will find a button to register yourself again.

I need to put this right. I was hard on Molka at last review.I am finding my situation to be so difficult and I had too much to drink!! I lost it when she took on another client mid reading. I'm not sure how site works but I know now after speaking/ apologising for my behaviour that it wasn't intentional. I dont want to lose Molka. She is extremely tuned in and a lovely person to whom I will be eternally grateful.
