My credits are not credited to my account

Usually your credits are credited within two minutes of a purchase.

If this has not happened, three things may be wrong:

1. Other account

You may be logged into another account you’re using. You must be logged into the correct one that you wish the credits to apply to.

2. Check your payment

There is a problem with your balance that caused the transaction to fail, check that the payment has actually been debited.

3. Get in touch with us

Something went wrong with the payment that we have to find out for you with our payment provider. Please leave a message stating the 'Payment Description' of your transaction. This can be found on your payment statement and looks something like this: MC1847592. send us a message here with the payment description, we are happy to help you

How do Mediumchat Credits work

Mediumchat credits are very simple:

1 credit gives you the opportunity to chat on Mediumchat for one minute.

Credits are pre-paid. When your credits are low during a chat, you have the option to top them up,

When you log in to Mediumchat and click on 'order credits', you will see the credit packages we offer and the prices,

I do not receive an SMS alert

You receive 3 SMS alert credits per credit purchase (up to a maximum of 3 alerts on your account). With an SMS alert you can receive a free SMS when your favorite reader comes online.

When you receive one SMS that your favourite Reader is online, then one SMS alert credit will be deducted from your account. If you have set up an SMS alert for a reader, and receive an SMS that they are online, however--you’re unable to get online, you need to create a second SMS alert to receive it again.

Hey I really appreciate when during the big storm you were there def helped so much!! I appreciate you! I did get your msg. Today’s he been so on and off. And he’s backtracking on things he was ok before like using his voice for my content, he loved and enjoyed it before and appreciate the importance im showing. Now he just said was weird and don’t approve like is he trying to erase all the memories and any that would tie us together?! Like I get he’s talking out of defense but like seriously wtf lmao.
