Thank you Kecia for your insight and your ability to cut through the noise of life. I feel much better than I did initially when we started our recent session. Knowing that it wasn’t me reading into a situation helped me to see it as it was and not overthink it. I’ll continue to forge ahead with my goals and I look forward to our next session.
