As always, you tell the truth and very spot on with the dynamics of my connection. I will continue to do the meditation you have suggested as I do understand it is not an overnight success but needs routine attention. And with the state of feeling light and released all the anxiety that has built up, I definitely will continue knowing that the first session really made me feel so much better than what I had been feeling.
